LaToya Watkins, previous winner of the Graduate Fiction Writing Award sponsored by TACWT and an upcoming graduate of the doctoral program at University of Texas, Dallas, was named a Pushcart Prize Winner for her story, "Mother," which appears in the latest Pushcart anthology and was originally published in Ruminate (Issue 29).
